The CST-50 Charpy Impact Sample Notch Projector is an optical instrument designed and developed based on the actual needs of domestic users and the requirements for impact sample notches in GB/T 229-2020 «Metal Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method.» It is specifically used to inspect the notch processing quality of Charpy V-notch and U-notch impact samples. This instrument uses an optical projection method to enlarge and project the V or U notch profile of the tested impact sample onto the projection screen. The projected sample is then compared with the standard template images of the V and U notches on the screen to determine whether the notch processing of the tested sample is qualified. The advantages of this instrument include simple operation, intuitive visual inspection and comparison, and high efficiency.
