1. Return Policy
We strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products. If you encounter any issues with the received product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hebeijingchuang@gmail.com.
Eligible for Returns:- Severe damage during transportation (must provide clear photos/videos).
- Product does not match the order description (incorrect model or specifications).
- Quality issues affecting normal use (subject to technical support verification).
- Returns due to customer’s personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase).
- Customized or specially ordered products (e.g., tailor-made testing equipment).
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged, affecting resale.
- Customers who fail to contact us within 7 days and provide valid reasons and evidence.
- If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping costs, including international logistics charges.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Method:- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
- Processed within 7–14 business days depending on your bank/payment platform.
- For non-quality returns, we will deduct applicable costs such as:
- International shipping fees
- Customs clearance fees (if applicable)
- Payment platform fees (e.g., PayPal)
- If used/opened but still eligible, partial refunds may be issued after depreciation deductions.
3. Exchange Policy
- Replacements available for quality issues upon return of original product for inspection.
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be negotiated.
- Exchanges limited to the same model only.
